The Association of Fundraising Professionals recently awarded the Outstanding Corporation Award to The F.P. Horak Company. This award was presented to the F.P. Horak executive team at the National Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon held at Dow Diamond.

The Outstanding Corporation Award honors corporations who demonstrate outstanding commitment through financial support and through encouragement and motivation of others to take leadership roles toward philanthropy and community involvement. F.P. Horak has worked closely with the Bay Area Community Foundation, Bay Medical Foundation, Saginaw Valley State University Foundation, Delta College Foundation, Bay Area Family Y, Catholic Diocese of Saginaw, Juvenile Diabetes Association, Temple Theatre Foundation, Saginaw Bay Symphony and many others.

The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) represents more than 30,000 members in 213 chapters throughout the world, working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education and certification programs. The association fosters development and growth of fundraising professionals and promotes high ethical standards in the fundraising profession.
